about
Unfiltered Therapists Presents: Live and Unfiltered Q & A with the Unfiltered Therapists
Because sometimes you just need the real talk.
You’ve got questions. We’ve got… opinions. And some therapy degrees.
Join the Unfiltered Therapists for a Live & Unfiltered Q&A where nothing’s too taboo, too messy, or too “should I even ask this?” (Yes, you should.) We’re ditching the polished therapist talk and getting real about the stuff that actually happens in your brain, your relationships, and your daily chaos.
Expect:
Honest answers
A few too-real laughs
Questions that make everyone silently go “ohhh same…”
Zero toxic positivity
So grab your beverage of choice (tea, coffee, wine—no judgment here) and come hang out with us for a no-BS conversation about being human.
Date: Jan 15th, 2026
Time: 6:30-7:15 PM CST
Where: Online via Zoom
Let’s get real. Let’s get unfiltered. Let’s get a little uncomfortable in the best way.

about
Remember recess? The laughter, the silliness, the freedom? Yeah… we’re bringing that back.
Join us for a Live Play Date — a day to drop the adulting, ditch the to-do list, no goals, NO THERAPY, and rediscover the power of PLAY. We know play can be hard, which is why we are setting it up for you!
We’ll be jumping into childhood favorites — think parachute games, music, rock painting, silly grade-school games, crafts, and board games!
Come as you are, wander as you please, and rediscover the radical art of goofing off.
What to bring:
· Water bottle
· Your inner kid
· A sense of humor
Food: We will provide light snacks and drinks
Cost: Please pay what you can. Anything above our cost to host will go to Walk-in Counseling.
This isn’t a workshop. It’s not therapy
It’s an invitation to reconnect, recharge, and remember what it feels like to be alive. Let’s make adulthood a little less… adult.
