Here’s the deal: our nervous systems are wired like a paranoid squirrel 🐿️ — always scanning for what’s wrong. We can blame evolution, not ourselves. But if we want to actually enjoy life? We’ve gotta hunt for the good stuff. 🕵️♀️🌈
Gratitude isn’t just a “nice idea.” It’s science! When we choose to notice what’s good, we literally rewire our brains. 🧠⚡ (Also, spoiler alert: we know complaining is contagious... but so is gratitude. Choose your vibe wisely. ✌️)
Start small. We can be grateful for our coffee ☕, our messy but loyal dog 🐶, the ability to binge-watch an entire season in one weekend. 🎬, or the exchange of a smile with another human. 😁
